Bath Probus Club welcomes men and women who enjoy meeting with interesting people in a warm and welcoming environment.
Members come from a variety of backgrounds, many having had roles of responsibility in their past fields of employment.
The Club meets on the second Thursday of each month and the meeting starts with drinks and chat at 11.15am, usually followed by a guest speaker and then a two-course lunch, all in the elegant setting of the Bath and County Club on Queen’s Parade, in Bath.
Feedback from members indicates that people feel warmly welcomed in a delightful venue. They also look forward to meetings and find the talks very interesting. Members also enjoy the discussions that follow over a delicious lunch. Christmas lunch is an annual highlight too!
The membership annual fee is £30 payable from July 1st 2026 which is set at a level that enables the Club to contribute to the fees of guest speakers. The cost of lunch is currently £26.50. Members can purchase their own drinks at the bar.
The Global Probus organisation offers free membership and is available to all members on an individual basis.
